For Investors

Join dozens of companies that have invested in Parity to acquire and rehabilitate abandoned properties in Baltimore and create affordable home ownership opportunities for communities at risk of displacement. Parity continues to raise catalytic capital to expand our development efforts. We offer investment opportunities for investment funds looking for social impact levels of returns.

For Donors

Parity partners with philanthropies, private-sector businesses, and individuals to support our momentum to revitalize urban neighborhoods across America for the benefit of all residents. We accept donations and are continuing to explore grant opportunities that are needed to scale our work in Baltimore and beyond. We also accept in-kind donations of building supplies and skilled labor in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other trades.

For Communities

Parity is open to expanding its model of rehabilitating neighborhoods — for the people who already live there — to other cities across America. We love connecting with organizations, community groups and government agencies looking to create affordable home ownership opportunities for communities at risk for displacement from traditional development.
